01Overview

CJC-1295 is a synthetic analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH 1–29). It signals the pituitary to release growth hormone.

Without DAC (also called modified GRF 1–29) it acts for a short time, in pulses. With DAC (Drug Affinity Complex) it binds to albumin in the blood and lasts for days. Neither form is FDA-approved.
